Throughout high school, I was a part of my school's Digital Media Production program. This meant that in your Freshman-Sophomore year, you were learning elements of production and making small projects, and then got the opportunity to work on the morning show and larger scale projects your Junior-Senior year. However, at the end of my junior year, our DVT/DMP teacher left our school to pursue a different career. Because of this, he put me and another one of my classmates into an Executive Producer role, in which we would lead the class in his absence. The teacher the following year left halfway through the year, leaving my classmate and I to lead the class, manage the content of our morning show, and act as the adults in the room. I would manage our classmates, be the liaison between our class and administration, and communicate with other organizations within the school to help them promote their programs through our content.
